Frequently Asked Questions

Common questions our customers have asked about our Trailers:

  1. Q:

Why does your 'All inclusive package' seem to good to be true?

    A:

We started this business because we believed there should be a Camper Trailer with everything you would need in one package that was at an affordable price. We are able to deliver this package by manufacturing our tents in bulk. We have one size and style tent that has provision for add-ons such as Annex walls and extra room / ensuite combos. This tent has been designed by us from our own camping experiences. Both our trailers and tents are manufactured locally and we have only 2 models which we feel incorporate all the best features and can be used from everyday campsite use to heavy bush use.
Our Campers are proudly Australian made and are of the highest quality.

  2. Q:

Why does your trailer have electric brakes?

    A:

Although our trailers are under the required legal weight for electric brakes we have added them as a standard feature because the trailers are heavy duty and have the capacity to take heavy loads. If a customer does load the trailer to over the 750kg mark then the electric brakes can be used to assist the towing vehicle. To make use of the electric brakes a brake controller will need to be fitted to the towing vehicle

Common questions our customers have asked about our tents:

  1. Q:

    Are your tents Australian made?

    A:

  2. Yes our tents are Australian made from the highest quality Australian canvas. The tent and annex walls are made from 12oz Dynaproofed canvas and the tent and annex roof are made from 15oz Dynaproofed canvas. All our poles are Galvanised.

  3. Q:

    Are your tents waterproofed?

    A:

Yes the canvas has been treated with the Dynaproofed process. This process impregnates the fomulation into the canvas resulting in a waterproofed, breathable, rot and mildew resistant, UV stabilised product. Like all canvas products the seams do need to be cured. This involves wetting the seams and drying them causing the stitching to swell and the canvas to shink resulting in a waterproof seal at the seams. This process is best performed by leaving the tent out in wet weather for a few days, the longer a canvas tent is used the more waterproof it becomes. Our stitching is of the highest quality so you can have peace of mind if you do not get a chance to cure the tent prior to it's first use.
