within 2-3 working days. *Please note if paying by cheque

QLD. Items are fully insured (no additional charge).

Returns
All items are quality checked before shipment. If an item
is damaged or lost in transit a replacement will be issued.

Warranty
All our Camper Tents come with a two year warranty
against all manufacturing defects from date of purchase.
Warranty repairs are only to be carried out by the manufacturer
unless otherwise agreed; owner is liable for all transport
costs. The warranty excludes any alterations, modifications
or damage caused by these changes. Other exclusions are
damage caused by misuse or abuse, accident, fear wear
and tear. Reasonable maintenance is required for
warranty validity. Warranty will be void if the tent
is used for any other purpose other than what
it is intended for. This warranty is only valid for the
original purchaser and is at the manufacturers' discretion.
